Max Jury is someone who has always followed the music. Ahead of his 2016 debut album Max Jury, the Des Moines, Iowa native set off for London, which marked the start of his unique musical journey. The debut album went on to receive critical acclaim, with the first single ‘Numb’ connecting with new fans alike across the UK, France and America, garnering more than 40 million global streams to date.

For his second album, 2019’s Modern World, Max decamped to Los Angeles to work with Grammy award-winning producer, Robin Hannibal (Kendrick Lamar, Little Dragon). However, the Covid-19 pandemic descended soon after the album’s release, bringing the campaign to a halt before it had a chance to get started.

In 2021, Max returned to the UK and connected with another new collaborator, London Grammar’s Dan Rothman, and together they recorded the bulk of his third album, 2023’s Avenues.

Max Jury’s music has amassed over 100 million streams on Spotify with 125,000 monthly listeners, 15.5 million views on YouTube, 5.3 million streams on Apple Music, and been profiled in numerous national and international publications.

He has toured internationally with artists such as Lana Del Rey, Tom Odell, and Rufus Wainwright and appeared at festivals such as Montreux Jazz Festival, Lollapalooza, and Austin City Limits.

New singles ‘I Won’t Go’ and ‘Somedays’ are the sound of Max Jury coming home. Not to Iowa this time, but instead Raleigh, North Carolina. His forthcoming EP Don’t Look For The Rain, which features contributions from Harlem based bassist/composer/producer Joshua Crumbly (Leon Bridges, Bob Dylan) and English musician/composer/visual artist Keaton Henson, is out this fall.
